The Godman as usual, visited her house on the day it collapsed, but failed to take necessary steps to rebuild it. Only upon his failure to reach out to her rescue, the people of Sirvodem got together and decided to support her. Her personal account was shared, and funds started pouring. Yesterday, 16/7/24 the work of rebuilding her house commenced, and the materials like GI tubes and Tata Roofing sheets were purchased and brought on site.

 

Today, 17/7/24 Morning, a coconut tree which was bent and on the verge of collapse was cut. The fabricator commenced the work of fabrication of the structure. And immediately thereafter the Mamlatdar and Talathi comes on site and threatens the fabricator to stop the work, failure of which is machines would be seized.

 

The reason for stopping, they say is that the government has decided to construct her house. A PUBLIC INITIATIVE OF THIS KIND, WHICH VERY RARELY ONE CAN SEE, IS THUS SABOTAGED. We challenge the government, and to show a sanction order. Now upon being exposed, some PWD CONTRACTOR, WHO GETS INFLATED BILL'S PAID, will be called and asked to do the work, and compensated double in his next bill. We have absolutely no issues, so long as Vimal gets a house.
